1. When This Policy Applies

This policy applies only where a product page, quotation, invoice, checkout option or written communication specifically identifies an item as customized, personalized or made-to-order.

Standard ready-to-ship clothing remains subject to the standard Return & Refund Policy.

2. Types of Customization

Where offered, customization may include:

  • text or initials;
  • numbers;
  • logos;
  • customer-provided artwork;
  • printed graphics;
  • embroidery;
  • placement choices;
  • selected garment colors;
  • approved size modifications;
  • other written specifications agreed before production.

3. Customer Responsibility for Specifications

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted and approved information carefully.

This includes:

  • spelling;
  • names;
  • initials;
  • numbers;
  • dates;
  • colors;
  • sizes;
  • quantities;
  • logo orientation;
  • image placement;
  • artwork;
  • production instructions.

4. Artwork Quality

Where customers supply artwork or logos, production quality can depend on the quality and resolution of the original file.

Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork can affect the final printed or embroidered appearance.

5. Proofs and Mock-Ups

Depending on the product or customization method, a digital proof, mock-up, written specification or other confirmation may be provided.

Where approval is requested, customers should carefully check the information before approving production.

6. Screen-to-Product Differences

Digital mock-ups are visual references and cannot perfectly reproduce every characteristic of the physical product.

Reasonable differences can occur in:

  • fabric texture;
  • screen color;
  • print color;
  • embroidery thread;
  • positioning;
  • scale;
  • material finish.

7. Production Time

Customized products can require additional production time compared with standard in-stock products.

Production time depends on:

  • customization method;
  • quantity;
  • material availability;
  • complexity;
  • proof approval;
  • current production workload.

Shipping time begins separately after production is complete unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Changes After Ordering

Order Stage Changes Cancellation
Before final approval Changes may generally be reviewed, subject to feasibility and possible price differences. Cancellation may be possible if production preparation has not begun.
Approved, but production not confirmed Contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed. Reviewed according to production status.
Production started Changes may be unavailable or may require additional cost. Usually no longer available for preference reasons.
Completed or shipped Changes are not available. Cancellation is not available.

9. Production Tolerances

Customized apparel may have small production differences that do not materially affect the approved design.

Examples can include:

  • minor print-position variation;
  • small embroidery-placement differences;
  • reasonable color variation;
  • minor garment-measurement tolerance;
  • normal fabric differences.

10. Returns of Customized Products

Important customized-product return rule

Because customized products are produced according to customer-approved specifications, they may not be eligible for ordinary preference-based returns, including a change of mind or a customer-provided spelling error.

This does not remove remedies that may apply where the delivered product is:

  • materially defective;
  • damaged before delivery;
  • incorrect;
  • materially different from the approved specification;
  • otherwise subject to non-excludable rights under applicable law.

11. Errors in Customer-Approved Content

If a customer approves incorrect spelling, numbers, sizing, artwork or other production information, the resulting product may not qualify as a seller error.

For this reason, customers should review all final specifications carefully before approval.

12. Seller or Manufacturing Error

If the delivered product materially differs from the approved specification because of a verified production or fulfillment error, contact customer support promptly.

Please provide clear photographs showing the issue.

13. Intellectual Property

By submitting a logo, image, text or other material for customization, the customer represents that they have the necessary right or permission to use the submitted content for the requested purpose.

We may decline a customization request that reasonably appears to infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

14. Prohibited Customization

Customization requests may be declined where the requested material is unlawful, clearly infringing or otherwise unsuitable for production.

15. Shipping Customized Products

After production is complete, customized products are shipped according to the applicable Shipping Policy unless another arrangement is confirmed for the specific transaction.
