Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains QANTEYHGER order processing, estimated transit times, tracking, customs, address requirements, delivery problems and other shipping-related information.

United States Approx. 5–12 business days
Canada Approx. 7–15 business days
Europe Approx. 7–15 business days
Australia / New Zealand Approx. 7–15 business days
Other Supported Regions Approx. 10–20 business days

1. Order Processing

Most standard in-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing can include:

  • payment confirmation;
  • fraud or transaction review where applicable;
  • inventory confirmation;
  • product checking;
  • packing;
  • label preparation;
  • handoff to the applicable carrier.

2. Business Days

Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed late in the day, on weekends or during holidays may begin processing on the next applicable business day.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time = order processing + carrier transit time

The transit estimates shown on this page begin after the parcel has been dispatched. They do not include the time required to prepare the order before shipment.

4. Delivery Estimates Are Not Guaranteed Arrival Dates

Estimated shipping times are provided as general planning information. Actual delivery can be affected by circumstances outside direct store control.

Examples include:

  • customs processing;
  • carrier congestion;
  • weather;
  • public holidays;
  • peak shopping seasons;
  • flight or transport delays;
  • remote-area routing;
  • address problems;
  • local delivery conditions.

5. Shipping Methods

Available shipping services depend on:

  • destination;
  • product type;
  • parcel weight;
  • parcel dimensions;
  • carrier availability;
  • current logistics arrangements.

The applicable options and shipping charge, where relevant, are displayed before order completion.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary according to order value, delivery country, parcel size and selected shipping service.

Any charge applied to the order will normally be shown during checkout before payment is confirmed.

7. Tracking Information

Where shipment tracking is available, tracking information is normally provided after carrier handoff.

A tracking number does not always show movement immediately. Carrier systems may require approximately 1–3 business days before the first scan appears.

8. Tracking Gaps

International parcels can temporarily stop showing public tracking updates while:

  • moving between countries;
  • transferring between carrier networks;
  • undergoing customs processing;
  • waiting for a destination carrier scan.

A temporary tracking gap does not necessarily mean the parcel is lost.

9. Customs and Import Charges

International orders can be subject to:

  • customs inspection;
  • import duty;
  • VAT or similar tax;
  • brokerage or carrier handling fees;
  • other destination-country charges.

Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, these destination charges may be payable by the recipient.

10. Accurate Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including where applicable:

  • recipient name;
  • street and building information;
  • unit or apartment number;
  • city;
  • state or province;
  • postal code;
  • country;
  • working telephone or contact information if required for delivery.

11. Address Changes

If an address error is identified, contact customer support immediately.

We may be able to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once packing or shipment has progressed.

12. Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail where:

  • the address is incomplete;
  • the recipient cannot be contacted;
  • the parcel is not collected;
  • the destination rejects the shipment;
  • the carrier cannot access the delivery location.

If a parcel is returned to sender, contact us for review. Additional shipping costs may apply where re-delivery is requested because of customer-provided address information or non-collection.

13. Lost Parcels

Where a shipment appears materially overdue, we may review available carrier records and, where appropriate, request a carrier investigation.

The result and timeframe depend partly on the relevant logistics provider.

14. Damaged Parcels

If the package arrives visibly damaged:

  • take photographs before discarding the packaging;
  • photograph the shipping label;
  • photograph the product;
  • contact customer support promptly.

15. Split Shipments

In some cases, multiple products from the same order may be shipped in more than one parcel.

If this occurs, different tracking numbers or delivery dates may apply.

16. Customized Products

Customized products may require additional production time before shipping.

Customization production time and carrier shipping time are separate unless otherwise expressly stated.
